Our Directorial Team
Led by Director of Bands Evan Berry, our Band of Warriors team of educators reflects over 30 years of collective experience, both in high school and middle school music instruction as well as national marching instruction and performance. The leadership team reflects individual expertise and certification in all areas and families of band instruction, including woodwind, brass, percussion, jazz, and color guard.

Our Students
Opportunities for Every Talent, Every Interest
The Pieper High School Band of Warriors is a Texas 5A competitive organization comprised of 200+ students, freshman to senior level. Our students participate in marching, concert, and jazz bands, competitive percussion programs, individual musical contests, and have opportunities in our highly competitive color guard program. The majority of students in our program seek advanced instrumental studies with private lesson teachers, and those who are interested can pursue advanced music theory learning opportunities.
Our organization is proud to include academic scholars, successful athletes, and leaders of all levels, including National Honor Society members, student body leaders, state-recognized musicians and artists who excel at the highest levels of UIL competition. Simply put, our program is home to students of all backgrounds and interests, and we look forward to instilling a love for music and band.
